Based in Leyland, Lancashire, Family Martial Arts Centres is a martial arts school that welcomes children, parents and adults from age 5 upwards. Many families choose to train together, and there is a separate Tiger Tots programme for younger children aged 3 to 4. Alongside its beginners and children's classes, the centre runs adult and parent sessions and a blackbelt leadership pathway.
Martial arts training is a good way to build fitness, confidence and self defence skills at your own pace, whatever your starting point. A free trial class is available, giving you a chance to see how a session works before committing.
