Falcon Gymnastics Club - Bedford

About

Based in Bedford, Falcon Gymnastics Club has been offering gymnastics to girls and boys across Bedfordshire since 1976. Alongside general gymnastics classes, the club runs pre-school sessions, SEND gymnastics, school clubs and squads, and its activities also extend to cheerleading. Holiday camps and gym parties are on offer too, and the club has welfare officers in place.

Gymnastics is a good all-round activity for young people, helping to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs like this generally let children start with the basics and progress at their own pace, whether they simply want to enjoy moving or are keen to develop further through more structured training.
