Teaching karate to students across Ipswich and the surrounding villages, Evolution Karate Academy welcomes all ages and abilities. Classes run in several locations including Ipswich, Kesgrave, Bucklesham and Waldringfield, with sessions for children from age three right through to older beginners and more experienced students.
As a martial arts club, karate is a good way to build fitness, coordination and confidence while learning self defence in a structured setting. Newcomers can book a free trial class, and there are dedicated groups for younger children as well as classes geared towards competition.
