This Tae Kwon-Do club in the Wolverhampton area trains under T.A.G.B guidelines, with sessions across Essington, Wednesfield, Featherstone, Rugeley, Wellington and Shifnal. It welcomes men, women and children, and aims to give people from all walks of life a safe, supportive place to learn. Members can train for self defence, fitness, competition or grading from white belt to black belt and beyond, and the club describes its activities as informal, inclusive, family friendly and sociable. A free class is offered to newcomers.

Martial arts training generally builds flexibility, fitness and focus alongside practical technique. Taekwondo in particular is known for its kicking skills and structured belt system, which gives students clear goals to work towards.
