Practising traditional Shotokan karate in Norwich, ESKA (the Eastern Shotokan Karate Association) is a martial arts club serving Norfolk and the wider East Anglia area. Classes are open to all ages, with training available for children from four years upwards through to adults.

A karate club like this is a good way to build fitness, discipline and self confidence while learning a structured martial art. Newcomers can try a taster session before committing, and coached classes are led by qualified instructors who guide students through the traditional Shotokan syllabus.
