Erewash Valley Gymnastics Club
About
Based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, Erewash Valley Gymnastics Club offers a wide range of gymnastics programmes across two sites. Classes run from pre-school and recreational sessions through to men's and women's artistic, rhythmic and display gymnastics, with options for home-schooled children and adults too. The club also puts on holiday classes and birthday parties, and welcomes gymnasts of all ages and abilities.
Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination at any age. Most clubs group participants by age and ability, so newcomers can learn the basics safely while more experienced gymnasts work towards advanced skills or competition.
