About

Based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, Elevate Fitness is a gym serving people in the town and surrounding area. The club has an online presence where you can find out more and get in touch before your first visit.

Generally speaking, a gym is a good place to build strength, improve fitness and keep active on your own schedule. Most gyms suit a mix of people, from complete beginners to regular lifters, and it is usually worth contacting the team directly to ask about membership options, opening times and what to expect when you first arrive.
