ELD Studio
About
Set in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, ELD Studio offers adult dance classes across the North East, with a range of dance, technique and fitness sessions on the timetable. The studio also runs Shift Academy for younger dancers aged 11 to 18.
Alongside its class programme, ELD Studio provides personal training, private sessions, first dance lessons for weddings, studio hire and services for education. Adult dance classes are a good way to build coordination, fitness and confidence in a group setting, whatever your starting point.
