Defence Lab Martial Arts and self defence

Based in Worcester (with classes in Malvern too), Defence Lab is a martial arts and self defence club welcoming children from age four right through to adults. The focus is on learning practical skills in a friendly, relaxed setting, whether that means building confidence, keeping fit or simply having fun.

The club offers dedicated kids' programmes as well as adult fitness and self defence, with a free trial available for newcomers. Martial arts sessions are generally a good way to develop coordination, self esteem and respect for others, and to meet new people while learning something new.
