Dean Close Swimming Pool

About

Part of the Dean Close Foundation in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, this swimming pool is home to a swim school run alongside the foundation's wider range of community services, which also include sports camps and courses. It offers local families a place to learn and build confidence in the water.

Swim schools generally focus on structured lessons that help swimmers progress step by step, from first strokes and water safety through to more confident technique. Lessons of this kind usually suit children and beginners looking for steady, supervised progress, as well as those who want to improve their stroke in a calm, organised setting. It is worth checking directly with the pool for current lesson availability.
