Set in Moortown, North Leeds, Danceworks is a dance school that welcomes children of all ages into a fun environment where they can build their technique. Established by Laura Jakes in 1995, it has been sharing a passion for dance for over 30 years and offers classes in ballet, theatre, tap and contemporary for both boys and girls.

Alongside in-house sessions, the school delivers dance to the wider community, supporting local primary schools and charities including Leeds Rhinos Foundation and Sunshine and Smiles. A dance school like this is a good place for young people to learn technique, grow in confidence and take part in shows and performances.
