Based in Larne, Mid and East Antrim, Contact Combative Defence Systems (CCDS) is a martial arts club teaching Krav Maga with a focus on reality based self defence. The club's aim is to give people the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their loved ones if their safety is ever threatened. Alongside regular classes, CCDS also offers Tactical Edge courses and a survival course.
