City of Lisburn Salto Gymnastics Centre
About
Based in Lisburn, City of Lisburn Salto Gymnastics Centre is a gymnastics club offering classes for young children, starting with toddler soft play sessions in its fully equipped gymnastics facility. Parent assisted classes let grown-ups join in and help little ones on the apparatus, while pre-school lessons introduce structured gymnastics with coach-led warm ups, games and light stretching.
Gymnastics is generally a great way for children to build strength, balance, coordination and confidence. Clubs like this often guide youngsters through a progression of classes as they grow, and many families find it a fun, active routine. The centre also has a stay facility, an awards scheme and an online shop.
