Chelmsford Sport & Athletics Centre

About

Located close to central Chelmsford, Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre (CSAC) is a large sports venue listed here under gymnastics. It has indoor and outdoor athletics facilities and caters for both elite athletes and the local community, with a gym, exercise classes, other sports and activities for children. Memberships are available, and the centre can also be hired.

Venues like this are generally a good fit for people who want variety in one place, whether that means structured training, general fitness or getting children active. Gymnastics and athletics both tend to build strength, coordination and confidence, and multi-sport centres often make it easy to try something new alongside a regular routine.
