Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics
About
Based in Cardiff, Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics (known as COGC) is a gymnastics club focused on children, with classes aimed at building skills and confidence. Its programme includes preschool sessions under the Baby COGs and Tumble COGs names, Stay & Play sessions, and recreational classes for young gymnasts.
Gymnastics is a popular choice for children because it develops balance, coordination, strength and flexibility in a playful setting. Preschool and recreational classes generally introduce movement skills gradually, so they suit youngsters who are trying the sport for the first time as well as those keen to progress.
