Buckley Gymnastics Club
About
Based in Mold, Flintshire, Buckley Gymnastics Club is a not for profit gymnastics club that has been running since 1974. Classes take place at the club's own gym in Gwernaffield and also at Buckley Leisure Centre, with weekly sessions covering everyone from tots to adults, including general classes and competitive squads.
Gymnastics clubs like this are a good way for children to build strength, balance, flexibility and confidence in a structured setting. Many also offer progression from recreational classes into competitive training for those who want to take the sport further, while adult sessions give grown-ups a chance to learn or return to the sport.
