Bath Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do classes in Bath are offered here as part of P.U.M.A MartialArts, a group of schools that also teaches in Swindon, Yate and Newbury. The schools have been running for more than 25 years and welcome members of all ages, with classes for children from four upwards as well as adults. Families are encouraged to train together, and while some members have competed at national and international level, most simply enjoy learning in a friendly, relaxed setting.

Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art known for its kicking techniques, patterns and sparring. Regular training generally builds fitness, flexibility, coordination and confidence, and many clubs use a grading system so students can see their progress over time.
