Barbarian MMA

About

Barbarian MMA is a martial arts club based in Ballyclare, in the Antrim and Newtownabbey area. As the name suggests, mixed martial arts is at the heart of what the club is about, and it gives people in and around Ballyclare a local place to train.

Martial arts clubs generally welcome a wide range of people, from complete beginners looking to get fitter and build confidence to more experienced students working on technique. Training typically combines conditioning, drilling and partner work, and many people find the structured, supportive setting a good way to stay motivated. The club has its own website, which is the best place to check current details before visiting.
