Aqua Zone SwimmingJezz

About

Based at St Edward's School Pool in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, Aqua Zone is a swim school offering lessons for all ages and abilities. Sessions cater for complete non swimmers, people swimming for pleasure, and those looking to sharpen their technique for triathlon. Alongside lessons, the school runs adult lane swimming, family swims, Rookie Lifeguard courses, and pool and party hire.

Swim schools like this are a good fit for anyone wanting structured progress in the water, whether that means a child's first confident strokes or an adult improving fitness and stroke efficiency. Lessons are usually grouped by ability, so swimmers can move up through stages at their own pace with guidance from qualified teachers.
