Apex Strike Academy
About
Based in the Hillmorton area of Rugby, Apex Strike Academy is a kickboxing club set up to welcome the wider community. It trains from Unit 2 at Manor Farm on Barby Lane, giving people in West Northamptonshire a local place to take up the sport.
Kickboxing is a striking-based martial art that combines punches and kicks with fitness work, and it is generally a good way to build coordination, stamina and confidence. As a newly opened academy, it aims to give members somewhere to train with focus and feel part of a group.
