About

Based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, the Adie Gray International Ving Tsun Association teaches Wing Chun (also spelled Ving Tsun or Wing Tsun) following Ip Ching's fighting concepts. The syllabus covers four hand forms, Siu Lim Tau, Chum Kiu, Bil Gee and Chark Yiu, before moving on to the wooden dummy, the long pole and butterfly knives. Alongside classes in Norfolk, the association offers online tuition and overseas training seminars.

Wing Chun is a close-range martial art that originated in southern China and Hong Kong. Training generally focuses on relaxed, flexible stances, short direct strikes and blending attack with defence, which makes it appealing to people interested in practical self-defence as well as traditional technique.
