Based in Sutton Coldfield, the Absolute Taekwondo Association teaches Taekwondo (sometimes described as Korean Karate) to both adults and children across the West Midlands. Classes cover self defence and fitness, with sessions serving surrounding areas including Streetly, Erdington, Great Barr, Boldmere, Falcon Lodge and Kingstanding.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art focused on kicking, striking and self defence, and it can be a good way to build fitness, coordination and confidence. Family friendly clubs like this one often run separate sessions for younger students and adults, so newcomers of most ages can find a suitable place to start.
